It tells you whether you are being found. Each month, a report on whether the assistants name you when someone nearby asks for your trade.
And it stays fast. A page that slows down does not get published, and that is checked every time rather than promised.

A call about your roof reaches you, and nobody else. We will never send the same homeowner to two contractors.

Your reviews, and your Google listing.
Not running yet.
After every job, a review is asked for. Every customer, not only the ones you expect to be kind.
Nobody is sorted first. Sending the pleased ones to Google and the unhappy ones to a private form was banned in April, and it is still common.
And your listing, checked where people actually look. When something is wrong you hear it from us, in a sentence, and we tell you what we did about it.
